[ad_1] – Boston, Massachusetts, USA – According to a United States (US) Coast Guard official, the five missing people who had taken part in a tour to see the wreck of the Titanic with the submarine Titan, died, in a press statement, on Thursday, June 22 2023.

OceanGate, the company that owns the Titan submarines, said in a statement, “These guys are true explorers with a unique spirit of adventure and a passionate desire to explore and protect the oceans. We pray for them and their family members at this tragic moment.”

An unmanned deep-sea robot deployed from a Canadian ship discovered the wreck on Thursday, June 22, 2023, in the morning about 488 meters from the bow of the Titanic wreck, 4 km below sea level. US Coast Guard Rear Admiral John Mauger said this at a press conference. “The debris was like a catastrophic loss of pressure in the chamber,” said Mauger.
